Discovering Your Direction Coaching Package
Want to move forward but not sure which direction to go? Book this package to discover your direction. We will partner with you to get you pointed in the direction you want to go using coaching, values and personality assessments to help you discover your own strengths, values and gifts.
Includes 4 hours of one on one coaching and walking though personality assessments you have already done, or suggesting assessments for further growth. Plus we will curate tools, articles and books to help you move forward.

Coaching for Pastors
Are you a young pastor just starting out? Mike is passionate about helping young leaders start off on the right foot.
Mike loves to walk alongside people as a guide and partner to help you grow into the abundance that God has for your life. Utilizing a strengths based approach Mike partners with you to help you discover and utilize your strengths, talents and gifts. Areas of coaching focus are: intersections in life such as graduating from Bible College, finding your first ministry job, making a ministry transition, discovering your gifts/strengths/talents, and building and finding your personal mission/calling.
Mike is a District Approved Coach for the BC/Yukon District of the PAOC. BCYD credential holders can apply for a subsidy through the district office.
$75 per 1 hour session (Up to 50% reimbursed for BCYD credential holders)
